We confuse “tight” hips as being a roadblock to poses like malasana and eka pada malasana (my sanskrit name for pistol squat). Hmm…what about limited range of motion in our ankles? In this practice we explore dorsiflexion of the ankles and hip strength for poses like one-legged squat.
