Private Sessions

One on one sessions provide the opportunity to have ample dialogue. The time together can be tailored to fit specific needs from the beginner to the advanced practitioner.  Kick start, refine or advance your practice in a safe and comfortable setting.  Emphasis on joint health, mobility and flexibility as well as strength training

In-person*:

$125** for 60 minutes (up to 3 students)

*In-person sessions are held at my home studio in South Boston
